I was born and raised on the beautiful Eastern Shore of Maryland. I received my Bachelors in Social Work from Salisbury State University and my Masters in Social Work from University of New England. I was drawn to the social work profession by a deep desire to support individuals through life's challenges with compassion and understanding. I believe that everyone deserves a safe, nonjudgmental space to heal, grow, and discover their strengths. My philosophy of care is centered on creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered. I believe therapy is a collaborative process that builds on each person's strengths while fostering healing, resilience, and meaningful growth.
