I believe psychiatric conditions arise from a complex interplay of biological, psychological, and social factors, and that these factors are unique to each individual. Although patients may share the same psychiatric diagnosis, I recognize that no two individuals experience or respond to mental health challenges in exactly the same way. My approach is grounded in person-centered, collaborative care that respects each patient's individuality and promotes their autonomy, dignity, and overall well-being.
