Hi! I’m Brianna, and I’m passionate about supporting individuals across the lifespan as they navigate life’s changes, challenges, and growth moments. I work with children, adults, and older adults experiencing anxiety, depression, and life transitions. With children, I create a supportive and engaging space where big feelings can be explored safely and confidently. I enjoy helping kids build emotional awareness, coping skills, and resilience in an empowering, age-appropriate way, especially for those adjusting to major changes such as moves, school transitions, or the unique stressors that can come with military family life. (And yes, we can absolutely use games, art, or a little creativity along the way.) I also enjoy working with adults navigating life transitions, including career changes, relationship shifts, relocation, and identity growth. I have a special interest in supporting military service members and spouses as they adjust to deployments, reintegration, and the evolving demands of military life. In addition, I value working with older adults and honoring the wisdom and life experiences they bring into the therapeutic space. I enjoy supporting conversations around adjustment, grief, and reflection. My approach is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based. I strive to create a space where clients of all ages feel heard, supported, and empowered as they move toward growth and healing.
