Life can feel overwhelming at times, but you don't have to navigate it alone. I believe that healing begins in a safe, supportive, and judgment-free environment where you feel heard, respected, and empowered. My goal is to help you recognize your strengths, build resilience, and develop practical tools that create lasting change.
As a Resident in Counseling, I work with adolescents (ages 12 and older), adults, and families experiencing a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, social anxiety, anger management, low self-esteem, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, communication difficulties, grief, emotional regulation, and behavioral concerns. Whether you're struggling with everyday stressors or working through deeper emotional challenges, I strive to meet you where you are and tailor treatment to your individual needs and goals.
My counseling approach is warm, collaborative, and client-centered. I draw from evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), while recognizing that each client's journey is unique. Together, we will identify unhelpful thought patterns, explore the stories that have shaped your life, build healthier coping strategies, strengthen communication skills, and focus on practical solutions that support meaningful progress.
I am passionate about helping clients increase self-awareness, improve self-confidence, manage difficult emotions, navigate relationships, and create healthier patterns that promote long-term emotional wellness. I believe therapy is not about "fixing" you—it's about discovering your strengths, embracing your resilience, and helping you become the best version of yourself.
