My name is Raealyne Olarte, and I am a Licensed Certified Social Worker–Clinical (LCSW-C) in Maryland. I provide psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma-related concerns, mood disorders, emotional dysregulation, and life transitions. I earned my MSW from the University of Maryland School of Social Work and my BS in Social Work from Bowie State University. My clinical experience includes outpatient therapy, intensive outpatient (IOP) and partial hospitalization (PHP) programs, pediatric medical settings, crisis intervention, and community-based mental health care. In my current role, I provide telehealth therapy, including diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, ongoing psychotherapy, and crisis support, while collaborating with caregivers, schools, and other providers as needed. My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and strengths-based, drawing primarily from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I focus on helping clients understand the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while building practical coping skills, emotional regulation, and resilience. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and empowered. I work with individuals and families navigating emotional and behavioral challenges, stress, relationship concerns, and major life transitions, and I tailor treatment to each person’s unique needs and goals.
