I earned both my B.S. in Psychology and M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University. I primarily work with adults, while also supporting adolescents, children, and families navigating emotional, relational, behavioral, and life stressors. My approach to therapy is collaborative, client-centered, and grounded in authenticity, curiosity, and compassion. I believe meaningful change begins with feeling safe enough to explore experiences openly and without judgment. I strive to create a therapeutic environment where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to better understand themselves, their emotions, relationships, and patterns over time. I often incorporate elements of CBT, DBT, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and strengths-based approaches while tailoring therapy to each individual’s needs and goals. I value balancing insight and emotional processing with practical coping strategies that clients can apply in their daily lives. Whether someone is struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional regulation, self-esteem, stress, relationship difficulties, or life transitions, I aim to meet them where they are and work alongside them at a pace that feels manageable and supportive. I especially value the therapeutic relationship and believe growth happens through trust, consistency, self-reflection, and connection. It is incredibly meaningful to walk alongside clients as they build resilience, confidence, emotional awareness, and healthier ways of coping with life’s challenges.
