Hi everyone! I grew up in Virginia and am happy to be back home after spending some time away. I got my masters degree in social work from Valdosta State.

When I’m not helping others, you can usually find me spending time with friends and family or being told what to do by my very bossy 9-year-old.

I’m passionate about helping people recognize their strengths, navigate challenges, and feel empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives.
