"Progress, not perfection." Life isn't about having all the answers; it's about taking one intentional step at a time. My goal is to help clients build resilience, discover their strengths, and create a life that feels meaningful to them.

Biography

I am a Resident in Counseling in Virginia with a master's degree in clinical Mental Health and Rehabilitation Counseling from Auburn University. I have experience supporting adolescents, young adults, and adults as they navigate life's challenges, with a special passion for helping individuals with disabilities, life transitions, anxiety, depression, and career concerns. My background in vocational rehabilitation has strengthened my person-centered approach, focusing on each client's unique strengths and goals. I strive to create a warm, supportive, and judgment-free environment where clients feel heard, empowered, and equipped with practical tools to make meaningful, lasting changes in their lives.
